Doritos Legion of Creators is a community-driven platform where consumers and creatives produce social-first content for one of the world’s most recognizable brands. As an extension of Doritos’ social strategy, the program fuels ongoing engagement through monthly creative challenges, with top submissions earning cash prizes. By providing tools, briefs, and incentives, the program empowers creators to develop content for a major national brand. As the program lead, I oversaw end-to-end operations from creative ideation to community support to ensure a smooth experience for both creators and the Doritos brand team.
My Role & Contributions:
📢 Campaign Strategy and Execution

Led the overall Legion of Creators program, overseeing every phase from ideation through execution.

Concepted, wrote, and launched creative briefs that encouraged high-quality, social-first submissions.

Reviewed and ranked all submissions and selected finalists in partnership with brand, legal, and PR teams.
🌐 Community and Platform Management

Built and maintained an active relationship with the Legion of Creators community through Discord.

Managed the Legion of Creators website, including uploading briefs, announcing winners, and resolving technical issues.

Coordinated with external partners to ensure all winners received their cash prizes.

Delivered end-of-year performance recaps to stakeholders across Frito-Lay and D3, highlighting creator engagement and program growth.
